He was predeceased by: his parents, Leland Dockum and Alice "Tish" Dockum (Hasper); and his siblings, Edward Dockum and Wanda Curfman. He is survived by: his wife Lila Carr; his sister Shirley Jobe (Wayne); his sons, Craig Dockum (Kim) and Kirk Dockum (Joelene); his grandchildren, Joshua Dockum (Jessamine), Amy Dockum, Cody Dockum (Brittney), Matthew Dockum (Kela), Dominick Dockum and Allison Dotson (Nate); and his great grandchildren, Alexander, Soren, Gunnar, Oren and Noah June. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great-nephews and great-nieces.
Memorials may be made to the Keokuk Homeless Alliance or Trinity United Methodist Church.
