We bid farewell to Patricia Salama of Keokuk, Iowa, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on October 15, 2025 at the age of 70. Patricia touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her parents, Howard "Ted" Derr and Marvel "Pete" Montgomery Derr; her spouse Muhamed Salama; and her brother Michael "Charlie" Theodore Derr. She is survived by: her sons, Bill Atterberg (Jessica) and Michael Bryant; her grandchildren, Lisa, Konner, Alisha, Trenton, Orion and Liam; and her siblings, Yvonne Derr, Cathy Derr, Jeanne Taylor (John), Toni Glasscock (Mike) and Larry Derr. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and church family members.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 27th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the First Baptist Church (25 N 8th St, Keokuk, IA 52632). A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, October 28th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
