Though Robert may no longer walk beside us, his spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Robert leaves behind.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert, Sr. Collier and Helen Collier (Breckel). He is survived by: his wife Barbara of Keokuk; his son Joseph of Keokuk; and his siblings, Raymond Collier (Susan) of Chula Vista, California and Margaret Kokjohn (Robert Sr.) of Fort Madison, Iowa. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
Visitation was held on Saturday, May 31st 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the First Baptist Church (25 N 8th St, Keokuk, IA 52632). A memorial service was held on Saturday, May 31st 2025 at 4:00 PM at the same location.
