It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Shirley Lunt (Keokuk, Iowa), who passed away on June 2, 2025, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Lester and Hazel Schieferdecker; her husband Ronald Dean Lunt; and her grandson Jeffrey. She is survived by: her daughters, Kathy Coovert (Dave), Karen Szawiel (Ed), Teresa Gilbert and Lisa Massey (Terry); her grandchildren, Aaron Coovert (Sara), Bethany Haage, Alex Coovert (Denise), Jared Massey (Megan), Emilee McElroy (Eric), Kelsi Lowman (Cory), Josh Massey (Beth), Carly Vander Velden (Arjay), Kenzi Weddle (Brandon), Daniel Gilbert (Teju), Violet Gilbert and Dustin Gilbert; and her great grandchildren, Hannah Rose, Luke, Nathan, Rachel, Reagan, Micah, Owen, Scarlett, Zachary, Eric, Christine, Mia, Mylo, Abe, Hazel, Riley, Klementine, Joshua II, Bennett, Cordell and Sophia. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and numerous special friends.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, June 7th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Printy Funeral Home (917 Blondeau St, Keokuk, IA 52632-4921). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, June 7th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Saturday, June 7th 2025 at the Oakland Cemetery (1802 Carroll St, Keokuk, IA 52632).
Memorials may be made to the Warsaw Assembly of God.
