She was predeceased by: her parents, Marion Henry and Betty Nelson (Washburn); her brother Joe Nelson; and her son-in-law Brent Sparrow. She is survived by: her daughters, Rebecca Huston Sparrow of Warsaw and Robyn Huston Villegas of Keokuk; her grandchildren, Maria Sparrow (Kurt Steele) of Keokuk, Ashlynn Sparrow of Quincy, Quinton Sparrow of Warsaw, Baylee Sparrow of Warsaw, Tai Villegas of Keokuk, Chloie Sutton of Keokuk and Izac Sutton of Keokuk; and her siblings, Terry Nelson (Tami) of Keokuk, Rick Nelson of Keokuk, Bill Winkle of Quincy and Margaret Hudson of Arkansas. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
Visitation was held on Saturday, July 26th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the Printy Funeral Home (917 Blondeau St, Keokuk, IA 52632-4921). A funeral service was held on Saturday, July 26th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
