He was predeceased by: his parents, Lyle Lewis and Shirley Breuer Lewis; and his brother-in-law David Krome. He is survived by: his siblings, Kim Krome of Keokuk and Mike Lewis (Susan) of Ocean Springs, MS; his siblings' children, Tara Nicoli (Scott) of Keokuk, Rachel Lewis Furrow (Colin) of Navarre, FL, Drew Krome (Melissa) of Keokuk and Matt Lewis (Kendra) of Ocean Springs, MS; his aunt Sharon Knutson of Westchester, OH; and his caregivers, Tiffany Smith and Tracie Anderson.
