He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Harvey and Anna Katherine McDonald Jobe; his sons, James Jobe and Michael Jobe; his siblings, Jim, Joe, Paul, George, Nina, Ida, Phyllis, Betty and Minni; his son Baby Jobe; and his stepson Mike White.

He is survived by: his son Richard Jobe (Pam) of Houston, TX; his stepdaughters, Terry Snyder (Glenn) of Buffalo, MN and Debbie Thompson (Johnny) of Keokuk, IA; his stepdaughter-in-law Linda White of Carthage, IL; and his grandchildren, Shanna Jobe, Melissa Koffman and Lindy Jobe. He is also survived by nine step grandchildren and several step great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
