He was predeceased by: his parents, William "Frank" Protsman Sr. and June Protsman (Robinett); his siblings, Dennis, Jimmy and Tina Smeltser; his in-laws, Dean and Lois Standley; his brothers-in-law, Jerry Standley and Dave Smeltser; and his nephew James Karaff.
He is survived by: his wife Joyce Protsman of Keokuk; his daughters, Stacey Fincher (Dave) of Keokuk and Brandy Magray (Tony) of Keokuk; his grandchildren, Luke Magray of Keokuk, Zach Fincher (Lisa) of Hamilton, IL, Travis Fincher of Casper, WY, Jordan Fincher of Wever, IA and Elizabeth Fincher of West Point, IA; his great grandchild Wyatt; his brother Danny "Boone" Protsman of Alexandria, MO; and his sister-in-law Marian Karaff (Lloyd) of Donnellson, IA.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be sent to the family. All memorials will be donated to EasyStep Hospice of Mt Pleasant IA, The entire staff took amazing care of Frank and his family in his final weeks, true angels on earth.
