She was predeceased by: her parents, Earl Owens and Catherine Freeman Owens; her husband Leon Jones; her daughter Katherine Bannon; and her siblings, Lyle Owens and Ruby Lottie Owens Beatty.
She is survived by: her son Ronald Jones of Kansas City, KS; and her niece Sharon Carr of Keosauqua. She is also survived by two grandchildren; three great grandchildren.
A graveside service will be held on Thursday, July 3rd 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Oakland Cemetery (4025 Avenue O, Fort Madison, IA 52627).
