He was predeceased by: his parents, Max Morris and Betty Jane Hoaglin Morris; his sisters, Beverly Pacheco, Patricia Ritter Waltrup and Elizabeth Marrton; and his in-laws, Carl E. and Gladys Blacksmith Hohl.
He is survived by: his daughters, Mahlee Johnston (Jonah) and Misty Crane (Seth); his grandchildren, Devon, Alex (Liz), Kieran, Connor, Katherine, Cooper, Carter and Camryn; his children, Rintaro and Sakutaro; and his siblings, Robert Morris, Raymond Morris (Connie), Ramona Ritchhart (Roger) and Irma Lewis (Don).
Visitation was held on Sunday, June 1st 2025 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Cranston Family Funeral Home-Keosauqua (1517 Broad St, Keosauqua, IA 52565). A masonic service was held on Monday, June 2nd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 10:30 AM at the same location. A funeral service was held on Monday, June 2nd 2025 from 10:30 AM to 11:15 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Monday, June 2nd 2025 at 1:30 PM at the National Va Cemetery (1701 J St, Keokuk, IA 52632).
