With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Lucille Elizabeth Harper of Keswick, Iowa, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. Lucille left this world on April 24, 2026 at the age of 99, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. She was predeceased by: her parents, David Jr. Little and Mildred Little (Bates); her husband Donald Marshall Harper; her children, Alan Harper and Joyce Webb; her granddaughter Jessica Harper; and her brothers, Lloyd and Donald Little.
She is survived by: her son Andrew Harper (Sheree) of Keswick; and her children-in-law, Ed Webb of Sigourney and Laurie Gregory (Alan Harper) of Runnels. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren, and 15 great-grandchildren.
Memorial contributions may be made in Lucille's name to her family which will go towards a staff appreciation donation for the Manor House Care Center to show the family's heartfelt gratitude for the love and kindness provided to Lucille.
