Harold D. Risner Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Harold D. Risner of Keystone, Iowa, who passed away on December 9, 2025, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry C. Risner Jr. and Minnie Risner (Phillips); his wife Sylvia Fay; his children, Kathleen and Andy Dale Risner; his siblings-in-law, Connie Risner and Jerry Wisecarver; his parents-in-law, William and Sylvia Bullock; his brother Bill; and his sister-in-law Minnie Bullock.
He is survived by: his son Harold Duane Risner Jr. (Beverly Latham); his brother Aubrey Risner (Mary Knee) of Belle Plaine; his brother-in-law John Bullock (Diana) of Cedar Rapids; and his sisters, Helen Witt (Virgil) of Belle Plaine and Kathy Wisecarver of State Center. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, December 13th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Phillips Funeral Home (92 5th Ave, Keystone, IA 52249).
