She is survived by: her husband Harold D. Risner Sr. of Keystone; her son Harold Duane Risner Jr.; her brother John Bullock (Diane) of Cedar Rapids; and her siblings-in-law, Aubrey Risner (Mary Knee) of Belle Plaine, Helen Witt (Virgil) of Belle Plaine and Kathy Wisecarver of State Center. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 1st 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Phillips Funeral Home (92 5th Ave, Keystone, IA 52249).
