He was predeceased by: his father Charles V. Fletcher; and his grandparents, Earl Bowman, Liberty Halstead, Robert Fletcher and Nellie Higginbathan.
He is survived by: his mother Norma J. Bowman of Kingsley, Iowa; his children, Dustin (Mellissa) of Sioux City, Billy, Jr. (Kendra) of Sioux City, Charlie (Miranda) of Ceresco, Nebraska, Jessica (Dan) of Sioux City and Anna of Omaha; his grandchildren, Alec, Addy, Rose, Dawson and Coral; his brother Bobby Fletcher (Bridget) of Kingsley, Iowa; and his sibling's children, Matthew and Miranda.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, December 16th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the River Hills Church (1101 5th Ave, South Sioux City, NE 68776). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, December 16th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the same location.
