Newell; her children, Alison Hoogeveen (Donley), Robert Wylie Phelps (Jill) and Scott Coryell Phelps (Laura); her grandchildren, Colton Scott Phelps (Megan), Kiana Jo Phelps and Nicholas Wylie Phelps; and her siblings-in-law, Sally Phelps Wells, Linda Phelps and Robert Kratz. She is also survived by cousins, nieces and nephews.
