He was predeceased by: his parents, Alvin Plendl and Elvera Plendl (Lindgren); his parents-in-law, Marian and Bernard Kinzey; his brothers, Dick (Mona) and Bob Plendl; his nephew Dee Jay Davison; and his brothers-in-law, Dean Davison, Monk Thomas, Gayle Morgan, Brian Kinzey and Dave Eckerman.
He is survived by: his wife Gloria Kinzey; his children, Chris Plendl (Dawna, family: Justin, Taylor Plendl), Beth Niehus (Dean, family: Nathan Niehus, Brooks, Baylor, Brystol, Nick Niehus, Nolan Niehus, Eleanor, Charlotte) and Craig Plendl (Jackie, family: Nicole Koskovich, Russell, Alex Plendl, Sutton, Logan Plendl); his sisters, Bonita Davison, Cindy Thomas and Shelly Schweitzberger; and his siblings-in-law, Ann Plendl, Dian Morby (Jack), Denise Eckerman, Bobbi Kinzey and Joe Kinzey (Jackie).
