She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Melvin and Wilma Mae Richards (Cox); her siblings, Larry, Randy, Dianna, Jimmy and Chris; her grandchildren, Cassie Jo and Darrin; and her close friend Deb Hines.

She is survived by: her children, Terri Polson, Quintin Polson, Calvin Polson and Dianna Polson; and her siblings, Ruth Ann Fisher, Benny Richards, Raymond Richards, Tomiesue Richards, Thom Richards, Jerry Richards, Timothy Richards, Joe Richards and Rick Richards. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; 1 great-great grandchild.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Marion County Humane Society or the American Cancer Society.
