He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Taggart and Ruth Taggart; Serita Fowler and Robert Foster. He is survived by: his wife Reta Taggart; his children, Roxanne Groover, Lake Alfred, Eric Taggart, Charlotte, Shawn Taggart, Gloucester, Angie Kenin, Encinitas and Rob Taggart; his siblings, Judy Taggart of Centennial, CO, Shirley Bishop and Steve Taggart; his sisters-in-law, Donata Sumney, Barbara Thompson and Cindy Sherrill; and his caregivers, Jasmine and Melanie. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
