He was predeceased by: his parents, Russell Crozier and Eliza Crozier; his siblings, Jimmy and Donna; and his nephew Ricky.

He is survived by: his children, Curtis Crozier (Julie) and Lisa Crozier Lepley; his grandchildren, Piper, Cate, Quinn and Hunter; and his brother Richard Crozier (Barbara). He is also survived by his nephew, nieces, and many cousins.

Memorials may be made out to Dwayne's family to be designated to one of his passions at a later date.
