He was predeceased by: his parents, Russell Crozier and Eliza Crozier; his siblings, Jimmy and Donna; and his nephew Ricky.
He is survived by: his children, Curtis Crozier (Julie) and Lisa Crozier Lepley; his grandchildren, Piper, Cate, Quinn and Hunter; and his brother Richard Crozier (Barbara). He is also survived by his nephew, nieces, and many cousins.
A funeral service will be held on Friday, August 1st 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Adventure Life Church (1700 8th St SW, Altoona, IA 50009). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, August 2nd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Pierschbacher Funeral Homes - Knoxville (309 W Main St, Knoxville, IA 50138).
Memorials may be made out to Dwayne's family to be designated to one of his passions at a later date.
