He is survived by: his parents, Steven "Steve" Goodale and Karen Goodale (Gotcher); his wife Brenda Goodale; his children, Elizabeth Garr (Cassin), William Goodale and Grace Goodale; his sister Angela Bedwell (Jerry); his niece Ally (Jake); his nephew Jace; his parents-in-law, Don and Rita Van Maanen; his brothers-in-law, Darren Van Maanen and Wes Van Maanen (Taunya); and his nieces and nephews, Klaeton (Holly), Paige (Josiah), Jaed (Natasha), Trae, Daiva and Kaesy. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in Eric's name to the Pleasantville Youth Initiative or The Well Knoxville.
