He is survived by: his children, Howard Smith (Debbie) of Kansas City, Forrest Parker (Amy) of Sherman and Sharon Merin of Phoenix, Arizona; and his brother Tom Parker of Bussey. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren; 9 great-grandchildren.
