Gary Rowley Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Gary Rowley of Knoxville, Iowa, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on October 8, 2025 at the age of 80. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Irvin Rowley and Anna Rowley (Van Cleave); his grandson Kenny McKay; and his siblings, Dean Rowley, Myrle Rowley (Betty), Darlene Scott (John), Louise Dennison (Melvin) and Larry Rowley (RoseAnn).
He is survived by: his wife Suzanne; his children, Lisa Modlin (Steve) and Dennis Rowley (Kim); and his grandchildren, Staci Fjelland (Taylor), Chelsey Jenkins (Josh), Louden Rowley and Ally Flesher (TJ). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.
A funeral service will be held on Monday, October 13th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Pierschbacher Funeral Homes - Knoxville (309 W Main St, Knoxville, IA 50138).
Memorials may be made in care of Gary's family, or to the Marion County Humane Society.
