He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Huseman and Malinda Huseman (Degner); his wife Anna Braunschweig; his sons, Kenneth and Paul Huseman; his granddaughter Bethany Huseman; his great grandchild Fiona Rice; and his siblings, Don Huseman, Grace Bauer and Helen Prenger.
He is survived by: his children, Roger Huseman and Lynda Rice (Kevin); his grandchildren, Jamie Hamblin, Jennifer Hintz (Jason), Lacie Oakley (Ben), Jeff Huseman (Sammi), Seth Rice (Grace), Caleb Rice (Mariah), Micah Rice (Grace), Rebekah Weadick (Benjamin), Esther Rice, Joseph Rice, Grace McGinnis (Caleb) and Ruth Rice; and his great grandchildren, Daelin Hintz, Kahler Hintz, Brannin Hintz, Jaelyn Jostand, Azure Hintz, Kinsley Hamblin, Maxwell Oakley, Greyson Oakley, Gideon Rice, Jedidiah Rice, Leah Rice, Molleigh Rice, Jael Rice, Harriet Rice, Asher Rice, Simeon Rice, Obadiah Rice, Silas Rice and Anna Rice. He is also survived by many relatives and friends.
Visitation was held on Monday, November 17th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Trinity Lutheran Church (814 W Pleasant St, Knoxville, IA 50138). A funeral service was held on Monday, November 17th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Monday, November 17th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Graceland Cemetery (102 Willetts Dr, Knoxville, IA 50138).
