With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Janet Rose Boots (Knoxville, Iowa), born in Tracy, Iowa, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on July 26, 2025 at the age of 86. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Ethel Chambers (Kingery) and Noel D. Chambers; her siblings, Shirley and David; and her daughter Lyndi Su.
She is survived by: her sisters, Carol Lee, Joyce and Mary; her husband James Martin; and her children, Cyndi Lu, David Martin and James Royal. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren, 8 great grandchildren, and 1 great-great grandchild.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Appalachian Ministry Project.
