He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Franklin Saylor, Sr. and Roberta Jean Saylor (Pierson); and his brother Donald Franklin Saylor, Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Mary Lenora; his daughter Christina Scott; his son-in-law Brent Scott; his brother Rodney Saylor; his sister-in-law Charlotte Saylor; his grandchildren, Liam M. Conlon, Brady Conlon, Troy Scott and Rachel Scott; his nephew Mike Saylor (Stephanie); and his great-nieces, Courtney and Alyssa. He is also survived by many other family members and friends.
A funeral service was held on Sunday, November 16th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Bertrand Funeral Homes (Bybee & Davis Funeral Home) (301 N 2nd St, Knoxville, IA 50138).
