She was predeceased by: her parents, Cecil A. Twigg and Neva Twigg (Shoemaker); her husband Max Dean Hall; her daughter Lori Ross; her son-in-law Jeff Dutler; her siblings, Arthur Twigg and Donna Wheeler; and her nephew Jeff Rutter.
She is survived by: her children, Richard Hall (Tracey) of Knoxville and Margie Dutler of Wimauma, Florida; her grandchildren, Derek Ross, Renee Ross, Joe VanRoekel (Krista), Nick VanRoekel, Brandon Hall, Caleb Hall (Megan) and Dillon Hall; her great grandchildren, Timothy Longmore, Madilyn VanRoekel, Alivia VanRoekel, Haleigh VanRoekel and Kelby Hall; her sister Judy Rutter (Phil); and her son-in-law Paul Ross of Fayetteville, Arkansas. She is also survived by many other family members and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Knoxville Senior Citizens Center or to the Marion County Historical Society.
