She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Crook and Gladys Crook; her husband Garold L. Galvin; and her children, Gary and Nancy.
She is survived by: her daughters, Patsy Yates (Dan), Dixie Juve and Linda Freshwaters; and her brother Jack Crook (Bonnie). She is also survived by twelve grandchildren, 26 great grandchildren; and 16 great great grandchildren.
Memorials may be made to the Knoxville Fire Department Station 31 or the Knoxville Hospital and Clinics Foundation.
