She was predeceased by : her parents, Martin H. Slykhuis and Agnes Slykhuis (Bensink); her stepmother Wilma Slykhuis; her brother Jerry; her sister-in-law Jane Slykhuis; and her nephew Steven Siegel-Slykhuis.

She is survived by : her husband Clyde Prichard Sr.; her siblings, Bob (Nancy) of Perrysburg, OH, Charlie (Ginny) of Raleigh, IL, Roger (Joyce) of Newton, IA and Melody (Mike De Jong) of Urbandale, IA.; her children, Clyde Jr. (Pam) of Knoxville, IA, Vince (Richele) of Pleasant Hill and Amy (Jeff Smith) of Knoxville, IA; and her sister-in-law Maxine Willoughby. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and special friends.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be designated to New Covenant Church.
