She was predeceased by: her father Herbert; and her brother Gary Clark. She is survived by: her sons, Mike VanZuuk (Kim), Mitchell VanZuuk (Jessica) and Matt VanZuuk (Angie); her mother Mary Clark; and her sister Cathy Zachariasen (Ron). She is also survived by 11 grandchildren, many other family members and friends.
