We announce the death of Molly Airhart of Lacona, Iowa, who passed away on October 14, 2026, at the age of 40. Molly will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. Molly will be remembered for the impact she had on the lives of those around her. Friends, family, and colleagues will cherish their memories and the time shared. Molly’s absence will be deeply felt by those who valued her companionship.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John Schurman and Karen Schurman. She is survived by: her husband Nick Airhart. She is also survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
Visitation was held on Thursday, October 22nd 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the St. Augustine Catholic Church (111 E Belmont St, Milo, IA 50166). A funeral service was held on Thursday, October 22nd 2026 at 11:30 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the family in care of Nick Airhart.
