He is survived by: his wife Sharon Jacobs; his daughters, Chris McGrory (Mark), Sue Ballard (Jay) and Carmen Hulsebus (Kevin); his grandchildren, Erin Riffel, Jared McGrory, Scott Ballard, Ashley Meinhart, Nicole Hulsebus and Shelby Hulsebus; his great grandchildren, Gage Riffel, Finn Riffel, Dena Meinhart, Ember Meinhart, Travis Ballard and Tyler Ballard; his brother Dr. Orville Jacobs (Ruth); and his sisters-in-law, Norma Jacobs and Sharon Denzler.
