He is survived by: his wife Diane Burdick; his son Tyler Burdick (Melanie); his grandson Cooper; his sons, Thomas Burdick, Nova Demi, Luna and Luke; his sisters, Mary Nell Fullerton (Al Haight) and Nancy White (Gary); his father-in-law Gordon Cavett; and his sisters-in-law, Judy Eidness (David), Debra Tweed (Arlen) and Dawn Olson (Jim). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins, extended relatives and friends.
