She was predeceased by: her parents, Lorand Zuhlsdorf and Dorothy Zuhlsdorf (Krenz); her siblings, Judith Johnson, Mark Zuhlsdorf and Marion "Deno" Rothmeier; her parents-in-law, Edward Sr. and Johanna Hornick (Johnson); and her brother-in-law Verle Johnson.
She is survived by: her husband Joe of Lake Park, Iowa; her daughters, Emily Petersen (Tony) of Milford and Nicole Vabre (Lucien) of Lake Park, Iowa; her granddaughters, Anna and Lyla Petersen; her daughters, Natalie and Kieren Vabre; her siblings, Jerry Zuhlsdorf (Mary), Janette Krmarzick (Ron), Diane Weber and Sara Clark (Russ); her siblings-in-law, Kenneth Rothmeier, Ed Hornick (Shirley), Gerald Hornick, Peggy Zuhlsdorf, Elaine Anderson and Debbie Magallanes; and her close friends, Kris Delaney, Rose Robertson and Sally Herbert. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorials be given to the United Methodist Women at 1471 135th Ave, Lake Park, IA 51347.
