We are sad to announce that on December 3, 2025 we had to say goodbye to Thomas W. Kozisek of Lake Park, Iowa. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his mother JoAnn Kozisek (Bowman); and his sisters, Patricia and Lori Lee. He is survived by: his father William Kozisek; his significant other Bon; his children, Andy Kozisek (Ryan Heffernan) of Pensacola, FLA, Regi Van Lenning (Sam) of Fostoria, IA and Ryley Kozisek (Mara) of Ft Dodge, IA; his grandchildren, Knoxlynn, Karter, Kaitlyn and Kylie; his great grandchild Kaliyah; and his siblings, Doug Kozisek (Junko), Karla Scholl and Janet Mins.
Visitation will be held on Friday, December 12th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Clear Lake Open Bible Church (509 S 17th St, Clear Lake, IA 50428). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, December 13th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to K-Love Christian Radio or any Christian radio of your choice.
