She is survived by: her daughters, Anne Stein of Des Moines, IA, Jeanne Delathouder of Birmingham, AL and Erin Crispin (Louie) of Nebraska City, NE; her grandchildren, Jacob Bock, Haley Volkman (Brenden), Lexi Bock (Ryan Tejral) and Josslyn Crispin; her great grandchildren, Teagan, Tenley, Kingston and Kendall; and her siblings, Kenneth Spurling (Suzanne) of Lakeland, FL, Norma Seymour (Gene) of Libertyville, IL, Myrna Floyd (Gary) of Columbus, OH, Judy Moyer of Omaha, NE, Linda Spurling of Sarasota, FL and Darlene Ames (Ed). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other extended family members and dear friends.
