She was predeceased by: her parents, Lyle Eaton and Velma Eaton (Tjaden); her son Dennis; her siblings, Donna Reiter (Kermit), Dianna Wheeler, Dennis Eaton (Sandy) and Debbie Druivenga; and her grandson Mitchell Johnson.

She is survived by: her friend Pat; her children, Robin Carroll (Heath) of Lake View, IA, Candi Johnson (Marlin) of Lake View, IA, Delray Leighter of Milford, IA and Darin Leighter of Lake View, IA; her grandchildren, Kyle Carroll (Hally), Jami Huster (Tom), Tara McDonald (Jon), Mandi Johnson (Mike), Quentin Leighter (Amber) and Alicia Leighter (Braydan); her great grandchildren, Adilynn Carroll, Emersyn, Waylon Huster, Parker, Hadleigh, Beckett McDonald, Elena Leighter, Remington Leighter and Summer Carnes; her sister Becky Koessel (Mike); and her brothers-in-law, Gary Wheeler and Randal Druivenga. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other extended family members and friends.
