She was predeceased by : her parents, Alva Oscar and Hazel Cora Peace (Ross); her siblings, Winton Dale Peace and Bonneta; and her brother-in-law Robert Moore.

She is survived by : her husband Ron Simpson of Lamoni, Iowa; and her sons, Kevin Simpson (Donna) of St. Louis, Missouri and Mark Simpson of St. Louis, Missouri. She is also survived by nieces and nephews; and other relatives and many friends.
