She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl Ellefson and Agnes Ellefson (Sheriff); her husband Laverne'Chris'Christoffer (Chris); her sons, Herbert Bailey, Jr. and Gary Bailey; her siblings, Louis Ellefson and Lilly May Ellefson; her half-sisters, Roxanne Jones and Dianna "Dee" Garrow; her grandson Jeff Lewison; her pet Shorty; and her former husband Herb Bailey.
She is survived by: her children, Barbara Fore (Mark) of Lansing, Iowa, Michael Bailey (Becky) of Lansing, Iowa, Mary Hoehne of Galveston, Texas, Sherry Christoffer of Des Moines, Iowa and Ann Christoffer (Cori) of Gays Mills, Wisconsin; her brother Robert Ellefson; and her half-sister Lois Scott (Gene). She is also survived by 21 grandchildren; 43 great-grandchildren, and 3 great-great-grandchildren.
