Mary Lou Garin Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Mary Lou Garin of Lansing, Iowa, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on June 22, 2025 at the age of 93. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold Troendle and Leona Troendle (O'Donnell); her husband Leo Garin; her sisters, Rita Mae McClintock and Lorraine Troendle; and her grandsons, Brian Garin and Parker Garin.
She is survived by: her children, Bob Garin (Lori) of Urbana, IA, Dick Garin (Shally) of Cedar Rapids, IA, Ray Garin (Aggie) of Lansing, IA, Denny Garin (Lois) of Lansing, Janelle Kazimour (David) of Cedar Rapids, IA and Cheryl Garin of Lansing, IA; and her siblings-in-law, Kathy Garin of Cedar Rapids, IA and Harold McClintock of West Salem, WI. She is also survived by 15 grandchildren; 31 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, June 26th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church (648 Main St, Lansing, IA 52151). A memorial service will be held on Thursday, June 26th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to Gethsemane Cemetery.
