He is survived by: his wife Maxine of Lansing; his son Paul Horsfall, Jr. of Waukon, IA; his daughter-in-law Sandra Horsfall of Denver, CO; his grandchildren, Heather Horsfall, Tara Lund (David), Jeremy Blakley, Sheila Kapell, Benjiman Horsfall (Cassy) and Mallory Askelson (Ryan); his great grandchildren, Ashley, Cael (Belle), Brandon Gulrud (Victoria), Joe Lund, Waylen Palmer, Dylan Kiehne-Bugenhagen (Shelby), Riely (Curtis), Ethan Horsfall, Trayten Larson, Dalten, Brystal Horsfall, Laney Einck, Kade and Aubrie Askelson; his great great grandchildren, Grayson, Beckham and Camden Gulrud; and his siblings-in-law, Emogene Synder and Joseph L. Schwartz.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, September 8th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Grau Funeral Home (202 Allamakee St NW, Waukon, IA 52172). A memorial service was held on Wednesday, September 9th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the United Methodist Church (490 Center St, Lansing, IA 52151).
