She was predeceased by: her parents, Leslie Rockhill and Ruth Rockhill (Freeman); her husband Alfred; and her siblings, Laurence, Donovan Rockhill, Lyla Severson and Joy Sprecher.
She is survived by: her son Thomas Alan (Patricia) of Minnetonka, MN; her grandchildren, Randa (Paul Schuster) and Alicienne Van Ash; her great grandchildren, Jordan and Jack Schuster; and her sister-in-law Beverly Spargo of Rapid City, SD. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Monday, October 26th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the United Church of Christ (935 Edwards St, Larchwood, IA 51241). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, October 27th 2026 at 10:30 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to the United Church of Christ, Larchwood, or Larchwood Emergency Medical Services (LEMS), which has sadly lost an emergency scanner devotee.
