He is survived by: his mother June Severson (Grotewold); his wife Marci Schabilion; his children, Riley Vaughan and Logan Vaughan (Aubrey); his grandchild Isla Vaughan; his sisters, Shelly Hons and Mindy Heick (Dean); and his in-laws, Michael Schabilion (Kelly), Mitchel Schabilion (Shelley), Mark Schabilion and Melisa Plinke (Todd). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
