He is survived by: his wife Cheryl Van Anne (Van Anne); his sons, Christopher (Jessica Moeller), Benjamin (Bobbie Kelly) and Jonathon (Chelsea Dinges); his grandchildren, Sam, Mason, Callie, Myles and Abby; his siblings, Jim Underberg, Fritz Underberg (Patty), Willie Underberg, Tom Underberg (Sue), Barb Sehr (Robert), Patricia Schmidt (John), Sharon Hinrichs (late Dale), Shirley Breen (Cliff), Diane Brower (Ron), Coni Saunders (Steph) and Mary Underberg Larson; and his siblings-in-law, Tom Van Anne (Laurie) and Sue Blauwet (Allen).
