He is survived by: his mother Gwen Winter (Woods) of Sioux Falls, SD; his wife Bonnie Winter of Larchwood, IA; his sons, Jeremy Winter of Larchwood, IA and Joshua Winter of New Castle, NE; his pets, Milly, Sammie, Bill, Sandra, Robbie and Laurie Parsons of Columbus, OH; and his sister-in-law Julie Johnson of Sibley, IA. He is also survived by many niece, nephews, and other extended family.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to the Winter family for later designation.
