With solemn reverence, we commemorate Bob Wilkie of Larrabee, Iowa, whose life came to an end on December 11, 2025 at the age of 96, leaving behind cherished memories. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Alfred Wilkie and Annie Wilkie (Grayson); his wife Donna Gill; his sons, Dennis and Kent; and his brothers, Clarence, Ross, George and Frank.
He is survived by: his children, Denise, Jeff Clements of Spirit Lake, Kevin and Karla Wilkie of Cherokee; his grandchildren, Nicole Miner (Dillon), Jill Woods (Walker), Jaden Arends (Jeff), Hillary Wilkie, Eric Wilkie and Rachel Bugh; and his great grandchildren, Jamesin Meyers, Nash, Lennox Miner and Georgie Woods.
Visitation will be held on Monday, December 15th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Boothby Funeral Home (207 E Main St, Cherokee, IA 51012). A burial will be held on Tuesday, December 16th 2025 at 9:30 AM at the Cedar Township Cemetery. A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, December 16th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Paul's United Methodist Church (531 W Main St, Cherokee, IA 51012).
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorials to the family as they plan to assist a veteran's family this holiday season.
