He is survived by: his wife LaVonne Allen of Latimer; his children, Jennifer Cross (Tom) of Ottawa, KS and John Plagge (Anne) of Hampton; his stepchildren, Brian Pals of Aurora, CO, Virginia Workman of Albuquerque, NM and Polly Allen of Columbia, MO; and his son-in-law Elias Castillo of Brooklyn Park, MN.. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
