He was predeceased by: his parents, Cecil M. Bartley and Anna L. Bartley; his siblings, Lucille, Burnett, Margery and Ella Mae; and his son Steven Christopher.
He is survived by: his wife Barbara Bartley of Leander; and his children, Peter (Terry) of Street, Maryland, Paul Bartley of Riyadh, Mark Bartley (Kellie) of Amarillo, Anna Bartley, Nathan Bartley, Kathleen Bartley, Lisa Murray (Paul) of Leander, Rachel Murray and Christian Murray.
A rosary was held on Wednesday, September 2nd 2026 from 9:30 AM to 10:15 AM at the Beck Funeral Home in Cedar Park (1700 E Whitestone Blvd, Cedar Park, TX 78613). A funeral Mass was held on Wednesday, September 2nd 2026 at 11:00 AM at the St. Margaret Mary Catholic Church (1101 W New Hope Dr, Cedar Park, TX 78613). A committal service was held on Wednesday, September 2nd 2026 at 12:00 PM at the Bagdad Cemetery (400 N Bagdad Rd, Leander, TX 78641).
