He is survived by : his children, Ross (Kinsey) of Clive, Jeff (Anna) and Jenna Van Polen (Bob) of Urbandale; his grandchildren, Kasen, Brecken, Tannen Bodensteiner, Sage and Balen Van Polen; and his sisters, Ann Mihm (Tom) of Eagan, MN and Eileen Huber (Carl) of Dike.
