She was predeceased by: her parents, Stanley Whealon and Alecia Whealon (Murfield); her sisters, Pam Jones and Frances Shinkle; and her son Shawn Salmen.
She is survived by: her friend Joey; her children, Amanda Salmen, Chad Salmen, Nick Salmen (Kristine) and Sara Lieber (Ryan); her grandchildren, Siara, Gracie, Kale, Ryder, Jett and Luvlynn; her former husband Donald Salmen; and her siblings, Steve Whealon, Pauletta Whealon, Sheila Wallace and Ken Fry.
