She is survived by: her children, Gary Smith (Kathy) of Cedar Rapids, IA, Valerie Unkrich (Stan) of Mt. Pleasant, IA and Greg Smith (Deb) of Jefferson, SD; her sister Marlis Friesner; her grandchildren, Sarah Craft (Matt), Lindsay Gallo (Jon), Brendan Unkrich (Brandelle), Angela Ribeiro (Alfonso), Tyson Unkrich (Gabriel), Michael Smith (Leslie) and Matthew Smith; her great grandchildren, Claudia Craft, Natalie Craft, Madeline Craft, Bennett Unkrich, Clarabella Unkrich, Emmalyn Unkrich, AJ Ribeiro, Anders Ribeiro, Ava Ribeiro, Noah Bannwarth, Kate Bannwarth, Annie Bannwarth and Jack Smith; her grandson Ryan Smith; and her grandson-in-law Tyler Widman.
Memorials may be given to Morningside Lutheran Church Sunday School.
